生物发酵法
Biological fermentation method
发酵法是比较传统的葡萄糖酸钠生产方法,其中较普遍采用的是黑曲霉菌发酵制葡萄糖酸钠工艺,优点是初糖浓度高、控制温度高(浓度30%以上,温度40℃,这是所有发酵有机酸中少有的)、发酵过程易于控制、生产稳定温和、易于大工业化生产。同时具有成本低,质量易控制等优点是目前国内工业化生产葡萄糖酸钠的主要生产方法。缺点是生产周期长(48-56h),生产过程菌丝体难过滤,难处理,发酵设备数量多投资大,活性炭用量大等。

2.多相催化氧化法

该法工艺简单,反应平稳。缺点是所用催化剂在循环使用一定次数后,催化效率下降,反应时间延长甚至基本无催化活性,催化剂必须报废更新,相应提高了单位产品催化剂耗量,也使葡萄糖酸钠产品生产成本提高。由于金属催化剂具有一定的毒性,其产品通常不能作为食品添加剂由于食品生产,因此,产品应用受到一定限制。

双酶法生产葡萄糖酸钠是近几年新开发的一种方法,主要适合于大中型生产,特别适合于液体葡萄糖酸钠生产应用。酶法生产葡萄糖酸钠,是用葡萄糖氧化酶和过氧化氢酶和葡萄糖溶液进行酶法反应,反应过程中添加氢氧化钠,终得到葡萄糖酸钠。酶法生产工艺的特点是:工艺简单、反应条件温和,产品纯度高、生产周期短(20-24h)、设备相对发酵法少等。
