经碱洗的原料馏分提取工业萘的原理是什么?

不管哪种馏分,均含有酸性组分、碱性组分、中性组分等。其中有的沸点与萘的沸点相近,精馏时易混入工业萘中而影响产品质量。为保证工业萘的质量,在精馏前都需进行碱洗和酸洗处理。经过碱洗和酸洗处理的馏分叫做已洗萘油馏分或已洗萘洗二混馏分或已洗酚萘洗三混馏分。这些已洗馏分均可作工业萘生产的原料。
No matter which fraction, it contains acidic, alkaline and neutral components. Some of the boiling points are similar to those of naphthalene, which is easy to be mixed into industrial naphthalene during distillation and affect product quality. In order to ensure the quality of industrial naphthalene, alkali washing and acid washing are required before distillation. The fraction after alkali washing and acid washing treatment is called washed naphthalene oil fraction, washed naphthalene washed binary fraction or washed phenol naphthalene washed ternary fraction. These washed fractions can be used as raw materials for industrial naphthalene production.
但在实际生产中,若用只经碱洗不经酸洗的混合馏分进行精馏,原料中的吡啶碱类大多转入酚油和精馏残油(洗油)中,而工业萘中仅有0.1%左右,基本上不影响萘的质量,因此某些焦化厂采用碱洗后的馏分精馏生产工业
However, in actual production, if the mixed distillate which is only subject to alkali washing and not subject to acid washing is used for distillation, most of the pyridine bases in the raw material are transferred into the phenol oil and distillation residual oil (wash oil), while only about 0.1% of the industrial naphthalene does not affect the quality of naphthalene, so some coking plants use the distillate distillation after alkali washing to produce industrial naphthalene
萘,对切取出酚油、洗油,再分别进行酸洗提取重吡啶碱类。当生产规模较小不需要提取重吡啶类产品时,也可不用硫酸洗涤。
Naphthalene, cut out phenol oil and wash oil, and then conduct acid pickling to extract dipyridine bases. When the production scale is small and there is no need to extract heavy pyridine products, sulfuric acid washing can also be avoided.
由于目前工业萘大部分用于制取邻苯二甲酸酐(苯酐),随着苯酐生产的工艺改进,含有少量不饱和化合物的工业蔡,对苯酐产品质量及触媒催化剂性能均无不良影响。因此,现在许多厂都用只经碱洗的原料馏分提取工业萘。
At present, most of the industrial naphthalene is used to produce phthalic anhydride (phthalic anhydride). With the improvement of the production process of phthalic anhydride, the industrial naphthalene containing a small amount of unsaturated compounds has no adverse effect on the quality of phthalic anhydride products and the performance of catalyst. Therefore, many factories now extract industrial naphthalene from raw material fractions that have only been washed by alkali.
