萘系高效减水剂是怎样合成的

萘系高效减水剂的化学成分为萘磺酸甲醛缩合物。萘系高效减水剂由工业萘(或精萘)经浓硫酸磺化后用甲醛缩合、液碱中和而成,主要成分是β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物,硫酸钠的含量≤30%,属非引气型减水剂,其特点是减水率高,增强高,不引气,适合配制各种早强、高强、蒸养、流态混凝土。萘系高效减水剂适用于所有钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土结构,可单独使用,也可与其他外加剂复合使用。

The chemical composition of naphthalene based high-efficiency water reducing agents is naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate. The naphthalene series high-efficiency water reducing agent is composed of industrial naphthalene (or refined naphthalene) sulfonated with concentrated sulfuric acid, condensed with formaldehyde, and neutralized with liquid alkali. The main components are β- Naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, with a sodium sulfate content of ≤ 30%, is a non air entraining water reducing agent. Its characteristics are high water reduction rate, high reinforcement, and no air entrainment. It is suitable for preparing various early strength, high-strength, steam cured, and flow concrete. The naphthalene based high-efficiency water reducing agent is suitable for all reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete structures, and can be used alone or in combination with other admixtures.

Production process and synthesis method of naphthalene based high-efficiency water reducing agent

①原料 萘(煤焦油脑、精萘)、硫酸、甲醛、氢氧化钠、氧化钙。

① Raw materials naphthalene (coal tar naphthalene, refined naphthalene), sulfuric acid, formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide, and calcium oxide.

②要生产设备 磺化反应釜、缩合釜、中和槽、板框式过滤机、喷雾干燥设备。

② To produce equipment sulfonation reaction kettle, condensation kettle, neutralization tank, plate and frame filter, spray drying equipment.

③配方 配合比见表3-9。

④生产工艺及配制方法 萘系高效减水剂由萘与浓硫酸在160~165℃下,经磺化后得到a-萘磺酸和β-萘磺酸,然后在120℃水解,除去a-萘磺酸。β-萘磺酸在酸催化下与甲醛缩合,最后用碱中和得萘磺酸甲醛缩合物粉状减水剂。

④ Production process and preparation method: A naphthalene based high-efficiency water reducer is obtained by sulfonation of naphthalene and concentrated sulfuric acid at 160-165 ℃ to obtain a-naphthalene sulfonic acid β- Naphthalenesulfonic acid, then hydrolyzed at 120 ℃ to remove a-naphthenesulfonic acid. β- Naphthesulfonic acid condenses with formaldehyde under acid catalysis, and finally neutralizes with alkali to obtain a powdered water reducer of naphthesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate.
