精萘是如何让生产完成的!

精萘的生产工艺主要有两种,即工业萘精馏法和洗涤法。

There are two main production processes for refined naphthalene, namely industrial naphthalene distillation and washing.

工业萘精馏法是较为常见的一种生产工艺。首先,将煤焦油经过初步处理后得到的工业萘作为原料,送入精馏塔中。在精馏塔内,通过精确控制温度和压力等条件,利用工业萘中不同成分沸点的差异,将精萘从其他杂质中分离出来。这种方法生产效率较高,能够得到纯度较高的精萘,适合大规模的工业化生产。

Industrial naphthalene distillation is a common production process. Firstly, the industrial naphthalene obtained from the preliminary treatment of coal tar is used as raw material and sent to the distillation tower. In the distillation tower, by precisely controlling conditions such as temperature and pressure, and utilizing the differences in boiling points of different components in industrial naphthalene, refined naphthalene is separated from other impurities. This method has high production efficiency and can obtain high-purity refined naphthalene, which is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

洗涤法生产精萘则是另一种思路。先将工业萘与特定的洗涤剂进行混合,洗涤剂能够与工业萘中的杂质发生化学反应,生成可溶于洗涤剂的物质。然后,通过洗涤、分离等步骤,将杂质从工业萘中去除,最终得到精萘。洗涤法虽然在生产过程中相对复杂一些,但对于一些对杂质种类和含量有特殊要求的精萘产品生产,具有独特的优势。

The production of refined naphthalene by washing method is another approach. First, mix industrial naphthalene with a specific detergent, which can react chemically with impurities in industrial naphthalene to generate substances soluble in the detergent. Then, impurities are removed from industrial naphthalene through washing, separation, and other steps, resulting in refined naphthalene. Although the washing method is relatively complex in the production process, it has unique advantages for the production of refined naphthalene products with special requirements for impurity types and contents.
