目前精萘的工业生产法,一般采用箱式分步结晶、似精馏原理的区域熔融结晶方法,工艺包括工业萘的溶解、冷却、发汗、结晶等重复性的五级或七级分步结晶。在“萘”的结晶过程中,由于杂质硫茚与萘会形成共熔体,也会在结晶中析出,降低纯化能力。为达到所需的纯度,需多次重复这样的结晶操作。但受分离推动力的限制,获得的产品精萘仍含有硫茚0.2~0.5%,甚至0.9%,它是影响“萘”制四氢化萘、十氢化萘 (萘满) 催化剂寿命以及碳纤维质量的关键因素之一。

At present, the industrial production method of refined naphthalene generally adopts a box type stepwise crystallization and a zone melting crystallization method similar to distillation principle. The process includes repeated five or seven stage stepwise crystallization of industrial naphthalene, including dissolution, cooling, sweating, crystallization, etc. During the crystallization process of naphthalene, impurities such as sulfur indene and naphthalene will form a co melt, which will also precipitate during crystallization, reducing purification ability. To achieve the desired purity, this crystallization operation needs to be repeated multiple times. However, due to the limitation of separation driving force, the obtained refined naphthalene still contains 0.2-0.5% or even 0.9% of thionines, which is one of the key factors affecting the lifespan of catalysts for the production of tetrahydronaphthalene and decahydronaphthalene (naphthalene) from naphthalene, as well as the quality of carbon fibers.

试制的超精萘用于四氢化萘、十氢化萘 (萘满) 加氢试验催化剂寿命提高20-100倍;在碳纤维试制方面改变以煤沥青中间相原料为超精萘,在反应控制、材料质量方面将上等级,应用前景广。
